Matt Chassagne has been living in the UK for the past 10 years and has worked across the globe for over 15 years in the power sector. He started his career in Asia in a centralised power station as a commissioning engineer for a coal fired thermal power plant (660MWe). After two years, he moved into distributed generation and joined some blue chip businesses such as Rolls-Royce and MAN and covered the Middle East, Africa, Far East and Southern Europe.

He joined ENER-G in 2009 as Key Account Manager. His role expanded as he took on responsibility for developing the domestic and international markets and was appointed Business Development Director in 2015. In May 2016 the company was acquired by Centrica as part of the Distributed Energy and power division. A year later he was appointed Global Sales Director and continues to use his power knowledge and expertise to support business growth.
